The Institution considers instructors a key part of academic support and advising whenever students need guidance. If instructors determine administrative intervention is needed, the student will be referred to the Academic Director and/or Registrar's Office for evaluation and advising under the established Academic Progress Policy.
Financial aid offices, through highly qualified officers, guide all prospects and students about available aid options and eligibility requirements. This office supports students throughout their studies and during aid periods.
Students requiring professional counseling will be assisted by the Academic Director, who will provide information about available professional organizations in Miami and Hialeah that offer occasional or ongoing therapy based on individual needs.
The Placement Office staff helps graduates identify employment opportunities. Services include communication with potential employers and referrals of graduates to employers seeking candidates. This service is free for all graduates regardless of time elapsed since graduation or previous placement. The Institution does not guarantee employment.
